What this policy covers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy sets out your rights and obligations when returning items you purchased from TebDeals (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d) and when refunds apply. It applies to all products sold on the website <strong>tebdeals.co.za<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Your right to return &amp; refund<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a. Change of mind \/ cooling-off period<\/strong><br>If you change your mind (i.e. the product is not the wrong\/defective item), you may return the product within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of delivery for a refund or store credit. The item must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>unused and in its original condition (no scratches, damage, missing parts, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, tags, etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>suitably and securely packaged such that it is not damaged in transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You must notify us in writing (e.g. via email) before returning and obtain a return authorization (RMA) number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b. Defective, incorrect or damaged goods<\/strong><br>If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you must notify us within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the item. We will, at our discretion, offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a replacement of the same item (if available), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a refund (full or partial, depending on condition), or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>store credit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In this scenario, TebDeals will cover the return shipping cost (provided that the return is done in accordance with our return instructions).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>c. Exclusions \/ cases where returns\/refunds are not allowed<\/strong><br>We regret we cannot offer returns or refunds in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that are clearly used, worn, or not in the original condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products missing original accessories or packaging (unless the fault was ours).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products sold \u201cas is\u201d, clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted \/ promotional items (we\u2019ll note such exclusions on the product page).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumable goods (e.g. batteries, inks, software codes) once opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged by misuse, negligence, accidents, unauthorized modification, or improper handling after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. How to initiate a return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our Customer Support within the relevant time period (see above). Provide order number, product name \/ SKU, reason for return, photos (if damaged\/defective).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions and address for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pack the item securely, include all original packaging and accessories, clearly label with RMA number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship back via a trackable courier service. Keep the courier proof \/ tracking information\u2014this is your responsibility until the item reaches us (unless we bear return cost).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We may refuse or delay processing of return if the item isn\u2019t packaged properly or returned via the wrong address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Refund processing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is accepted or rejected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If accepted, we\u2019ll process a refund (or store credit) within <strong>7 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment (e.g. credit card, EFT), unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs paid by you initially are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong>, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any bank \/ payment provider fees incurred in refunding will be borne by us (i.e. we won\u2019t deduct for processing unless legally required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Partial refunds \/ deductions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to make partial refunds or deductions in cases such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unreasonable delay in returning the item beyond the allowed window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handling, restocking, or refurbishment costs (where justified).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will always inform you in writing if any deduction will apply and the reason why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Exchanges \/ store credit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you prefer, we can offer to exchange the item (subject to availability) or grant you store credit (valid for 6 months). The same conditions (returns period, condition, etc.) apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. When does an item count as \u201cdelivered\u201d?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We consider a product delivered once the courier tracking indicates delivery to your address, or once you (or someone at your address) signs for it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Consumer Protection Act (South Africa) disclaimers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your rights under this policy are additional to any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (\u201cCPA\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the CPA, goods must be of good quality, durable, free of defects, and fit for the purpose for which goods of that kind are ordinarily used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may have a right to return defective goods beyond the 7-day window under CPA in some circumstances (e.g. latent defects).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights you have under South African law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Responsibilities &amp; disclaimers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for returning the goods in good condition and for safe packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We recommend using insured and trackable courier. TebDeals is not liable for loss or damage in transit unless we arranged \/ paid for the return courier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse refunds, returns or exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of dispute, we will make every effort to resolve matters amicably, but disputes may be referred to the relevant regulator or consumer tribunal in South Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
